Eligibility Criteria – TNPL Recruitment 2025
- Educational Qualification:
- First class Full-time Engineering Degree with First-class MBA (Marketing) / First-class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (OR)
- First class Full-time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First-class MBA (Marketing) / First-class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (OR)
- First class Full-time MBA (Marketing).
- Experience (As on 01 April 2025): Minimum 30 years of post-qualification experience in Paper & Board Marketing field. Age and experience may be relaxed by up to 2 years in deserving cases.
- Age Limit (As on 01 April 2025):
- GT Applicants: 52 to 55 years
- BC/BCM/MBC/DNC Applicants: 52 to 57 years
- PSC/SCA/ST Applicants: 52 to 57 years
Pay Scale – TNPL Recruitment 2025
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹118,100 – 3% – ₹247,440 per month.
