Salary / Pay Scale :
- Executive Director-Operations –  ₹1,30,000 – ₹2,72,350 (CTC negotiable)Â
- General Manager-Finance – ₹1,02,500 – ₹2,14,790 (CTC negotiable)Â
- Management Trainee-HR & Plantation –  ₹33,500 for the 1st year, ₹37,800 for the 2nd year.

Executive Director-OperationsÂ
- Qualification: Full-time Graduate in Engineering or Science with Pulp & Paper Technology. Experience: Minimum 32 years in a large manufacturing plant, with 3 years in head of operations for a Pulp & Paper industry.Â
General Manager-Finance Â
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). Experience: Minimum 29 years, with exposure to project finance, funds management, etc.Â
Management Trainee-HRÂ
- Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR) or M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in HR.
Management Trainee-Plantation
- Qualification: Full-time B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture) or M.Sc. (Botany).
