TNeGA e-District Manager Recruitment 2023 : Applications are invited only through online mode for e-District Manager at District for the year 2023 from the eligible candidates in Kancheepuram, Namakkal, Nagapattinam, Perambalur, Trichirapalli, Tiruppur, Vellore and Vilupuram.
Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA), functioning under the Information Technology & Digital Services Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, is responsible for driving all technology initiatives for the Government of Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu e- Governance Agency (TNeGA) is the State Nodal Agency for implementing all eGovernance initiatives in the state. A District e-Governance Society” DeGS headed by the District Collector/ District Magistrate shall be established in each district by the District administration and registered under the Societies Act. eDM’s is being appointed on behalf of the DeGS by TNeGA throughoutsourcing for carrying out the e-Governance activities of the DeGS/ District Administration.

Essential Qualification Details :
- Academic Qualifications: B.E. /BTech in (Computer Science/Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology/ Information Communication Technology) only. Other Engineering Graduates are not eligible to apply. (or) Any U.G. Degree followed by M.C.A. / MSc.,(Computer Science)/MSc.,(IT)/ MSc., (Software Engineering).
- Academic record: Candidates with consistent academic record of 60% aggregate and above at each level (SSLC / HSC / U.G. / P.G.) alone are eligible to apply .
- Domicile: Only local candidates belonging to the respective District alone are eligible to apply for the eDistrict Manager. Must attach Nativity / Residence Certificate to the satisfaction of the Collector.

Examination will be held in all districts. Candidates should appear for the Examination at their own expenses. The Board reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of examination centers and to re-allot the candidates for administrative reasons.
