Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 with any of the following qualifications are eligible:
- MBA in Human Resource / Masters in Human Resource Management / Masters of Arts in Human Resource
- Masters of Social Work in HRM / Masters of Management Studies in Human Resource Management
- Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in Human Resource Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Labour Law)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
- Academic Percentage: Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs or extended education.
- Education Gap: Maximum 24 months allowed with valid reasons.
- Experience: Candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
Selection Process:
- Test: 90-minute HR Subject Test (In-Centre).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Document Verification: Submission of academic and work-related documents.
