Job Description :

• Follow up of court cases/DRT cases and guiding the branches in relation to the cases.
• Liasioning with our panel advocates for smooth conducting of court cases and monitoring their performance. 
• Attending the customer complaints in various forums. 
• Analyzing of the Bio-data of panel advocates applied for fresh empanelment and putting up a note to Regional Heads. 
• Assisting the authorized officer in the SARAFAESI Act proceedings. 
• Verifying the draft plaints and formats to be filed before courts. 
• Scrutiny and vetting of various contracts to be entered with external agencies. 
• Follow-up of criminal cases in various courts and police stations. 
• Preparation of legal notices and documents for various legal processes involving/ relating to Bank. 
• Provide Legal Assistance in issues related bank frauds, accusations etc., 
• Safeguard the integrity and reputation of the Bank. 
• Assisting HRD / Vigilance / Recovery Department. 
• Other Legal / Banking related works allotted by the Department Head / Regional Head then 

Salary (Stipend)/Pay and Grade Pay :

• Law Officers in Scale II – BL/ ML or other equivalent degree. 
• Experience 4 years of Bar Experience or the persons having work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution for atleast 2 years as an officer in legal department

• Law Officers in Scale I – BL/ ML or other equivalent degree. 
• Experience The persons having work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution for atleast 1 year as an officer in legal department
