Responsibilities – NxtWave Business Development Associate (Tamil)
- Mentor and guide potential learners by offering career advice.
- Counsel prospects on how NxtWave courses can accelerate their career.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, sales closure, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and provide feedback to the team.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native Tamil speaker. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills with empathy and rapport-building abilities.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings and achieve revenue targets.
- Determination: Highly dedicated, hardworking individuals with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer Service: Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience: Prior sales experience in EdTech is an added advantage.
Languages Known – NxtWave Business Development Associate (Tamil)
- Native-level Tamil.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Compensation
CTC: Earn up to ₹6 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
Work Location & Working Days
- Work Location: Work From Home (Remote).
- Working Days: 6-day workweek.
