Educational Qualification & Experience – NABARD Bank Recruitment 2025

1. CISO

• Mandatory: B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/IT/Cyber Security/Electronics and Communications Engineering or BCA/MCA or B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security/Electronics and Communications from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level (CISO or Deputy CISO) in Information Security/IT, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Desirable:
  1. An in-depth understanding of information systems and cybersecurity policies, including potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Strong communication skills to articulate complex IT/IS concepts to varied stakeholders.
  3. Experience attending industry conferences and contributing to research or seminars.
  4. Proven leadership with the ability to conduct cybersecurity training programs.

2. Climate Change Specialist-Mitigation

• Mandatory: Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Climate Science, or Sustainable Development from a recognized university.
• Experience Essential: At least 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years handling mid to large scale climate change mitigation projects.
• Desirable:
  1. Experience in managing externally aided projects including grant management and project monitoring.
  2. Proficiency in designing, planning, and executing renewable energy projects.
  3. Proven collaboration with governmental bodies, international organizations, or financial institutions.
  4. Practical knowledge of obtaining funds and communicating with funding agencies.
  5. Familiarity with frameworks like the Green Climate Fund (GCF) or Adaptation Fund (AF).
  6. Experience in energy audits and carbon footprint assessments.

3. Climate Change Specialist-Adaptation

• Mandatory: Master’s Degree in Climate Resilient Agriculture, Water Resource Management, Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, Hydrology, or Natural Resource Management from a recognized institution. Additional certifications in project management or climate change are advantageous.
• Experience Essential: At least 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years handling mid to large scale climate change adaptation projects focused on resilience building.
• Desirable:
  1. Experience in managing externally aided projects, including grant management and project monitoring.
  2. Proven collaboration with governmental bodies or international organizations on adaptation projects.
  3. Hands-on experience in proposal preparation, securing funding, and reporting.
  4. Understanding of global frameworks such as the Adaptation Fund (AF) or Green Climate Fund (GCF).
  5. Familiarity with conducting climate risk assessments and formulating adaptation strategies.

4. Content Writer

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a degree/PG Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR.
• Experience Essential: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Content Writer with a reputed organization.

5. Graphic Designer

• Mandatory: Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Applied Art, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, or Animation.
• Experience Essential: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer with a reputed organization.
