Job Roles :

1. Technical Execution: Assist in project execution, monitoring, and delivering engineering tasks as per company standards. 
2. Site Management: Support project site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. 
3. Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain engineering tools and machinery effectively. 
4. Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and document technical processes and progress. 
5. Coordination: Collaborate with senior engineers, supervisors, and teams to ensure seamless project delivery. 
6. Learning & Development: Participate in the 12-month on-the-job training program to enhance technical and soft skills.

Salary (Stipend)/Pay and Grade Pay :

• Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.  

Compensation During Training:  

1. Office-Based Posting: INR 2,50,000 per annum. 
2. Project Site-Based Posting: INR 2,97,000 per annum. 

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a full-time 3-year diploma course after SSC or equivalent/HSC examination. A minimum aggregate of 60% is required. Candidates with any graduation in Engineering/Science/Arts, either before or after the diploma, are not eligible. Students expecting to complete their diploma by June 30, 2025, are eligible.

• Backlogs: No backlogs (past or live) are permitted during the diploma course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt. Any subject/paper not cleared in the first attempt is considered a backlog.

• Age Limit: Candidates should be born between July 1, 2002, and June 30, 2008, both days inclusive.
