Roles & responsibilities –
- Responsible for Monitoring of Gold loan operations at the branch.
- Explaining about products, features, terms and conditions to the customers.
- Responsible for achieving business in gold loans. Responsible for sourcing NTB Customers and increase the portfolio.
- Monitoring of activities undertaken for product promotion and marketing. Collecting prospective leads through various activities.
- Follow up of exited customers and bringing back the potential clients.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of LTV, SMA / NPA
- Responsible for recovery and upgradation of SMA /NPA Jewel loans, timely conduct of Jewel auction.
- Monitoring of land record updating, proof updating and other parameters pertaining to Agri Gold loan.
- Ensuring proper rotation of Appraiser & adherence of Appraiser policy Cross Selling of other Bank Products. Supporting JL Audit inspection and file closure in time.
- Process adherence to compliance of regulations, statutory & Bank policy guidelines.

Salary :
- Fixed pay – Depending on current salary and Retrials, insurance, etc. as per Standards + Variable (at the discretion of bank, as per the current applicable policy).
