Educational Qualification – IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter, Electrician, etc.): ITI pass in relevant trade
- Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in Engineering (relevant branch)
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Graduate in any discipline
- Data Entry Operator / Retail Sales Associate: 12th Pass / 10th Pass + Skill Certificate
Note: Candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed qualification when the full advertisement is released.

- Maximum Age: 24 years
