Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal.
Candidates with one year or more work experience or those already undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Selection Procedure :
- Shortlisting: Based on Engineering Degree Marks (60% for Gen/OBC/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an Interview to assess technical and communication skills.
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on Degree Marks and Interview Performance.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must meet HPCL’s Medical Standards.
- Document Verification: Original documents must be submitted for Age, Qualification, and Category Proof.
- Training Offer: Final selection and 1-year apprenticeship training under Apprentices Act, 1961.
