  2. Internship:
    • Duration: 2 months at HDFC Bank branches.
    • Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
  3. On-the-Job Training (OJT):
    • Duration: 6 months at HDFC Bank branches.
    • Salary: ₹37,000 per month.

Selection Process for the HDFC Future Bankers Program:

  2. Online Aptitude Test:  Candidates must clear an online test that assesses reasoning, numerical ability, and English language proficiency. 
  3. Personal Interview (PI):  Shortlisted candidates from the test are invited for a personal interview to evaluate their communication skills, banking aptitude, and cultural fit for HDFC Bank.
