Salary Details – Cognizant Off-Campus Hiring 2025

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Except Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.)
- Batch: 2024 Graduates
- Academic Score: Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off 59.9%)
- Standing Arrears: Candidates must not have standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Nationality: Open to Indian Nationals / OCIs / PIOs currently residing in India.
- Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office and in any shift timing/technology.
- Email Requirement: Candidates must register with a personal email ID (Superset registration only).
Job Descriptions
GenC Role:
- Understand business requirements, raise clarifications, and create documents.
- Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deploy code as per specifications.
- Work in an Agile application development environment.
- Create low-level designs for components.
- Identify and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Participate in meetings and technical sessions to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuously upskill/reskill in new technologies.
- Must have excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.
GenC Next Role:
Candidates must have advanced programming and full-stack development skills with certifications in:
- Java, C#, Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Python
- Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Structures & Algorithms, OOPs, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring REST
- ASP .Net Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, ASP .Net Core Web API
GenC Pro Role: – Cognizant Off-Campus Hiring 2025
Candidates must have expertise in enterprise platforms/products with certifications in:
- Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pega
- SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, ServiceNow
