1. Assistant General Manager (Scale V)
- Qualification: Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate (Preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB)
- Age Limit: 40 – 50 years
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in Chief Manager (Scale IV)
- Expertise in: General Banking, Credit, Treasury, International Banking, Technology, Retail Banking, CASA, NRI Marketing, Sales, Recovery, Legal
- Location: Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, and across India
- Salary: As per industry standards
2. Regional Development Manager / Chief Manager (Scale III & IV)
- Qualification: Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate (Preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB)
- Age Limit: 35 – 50 years
- Experience: Minimum 15 years (RDM) / 12 years (Scale IV) of banking experience
- Expertise in: General Banking, Credit, Treasury, Retail Banking, CASA, NRI Marketing, Sales, Recovery, Legal
- Location: Across India

3. Branch Manager / Deputy Manager (Scale I, II & III)
- Qualification: Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate (Preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB)
- Age Limit: 25 – 40 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of banking experience as an Officer/Manager
- Expertise in: General Banking, Credit, Treasury, International Banking, CASA, Sales, Recovery, Legal

4. Assistant Manager / Branch Development Manager
- Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate (Preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB)
