  • Engineer Trainees: 150

Salary / Pay Scale  :

  • Engineer Trainees: ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 during training; post-training ₹60,000-₹1,80,000. 
  • Supervisor Trainees: ₹32,000-₹1,00,000 during training; post-training ₹33,500-₹1,20,000.

Qualifications: BHEL Recruitment 2025

For Engineer Trainee – Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a 5-year Integrated Master’s Degree/Dual Degree Program in Engineering or Technology in relevant disciplines. 

Relevant Disciplines: 

  1. Mechanical: Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Thermal Engineering, etc.
  2. Electrical: Power Systems, Electrical & Electronics, Energy Engineering, etc. Civil: Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, etc. 
  3. Electronics: Instrumentation, Applied Electronics, Power Electronics, etc. 
  4. Chemical: Ceramics Engineering, Material Engineering, etc. 
  5. Metallurgy: Materials Engineering, Process Metallurgy, etc.
For Supervisor Trainee (ST): Full-Time Regular Diploma in Engineering in relevant disciplines. 
Relevant Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Electronics.
