Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Valid GATE Score in the respective paper:
- Electronics – GATE EC
- Mechanical – GATE ME
- Computer Science – GATE CS
Age Limit (as on 19 May 2025)
- Maximum: 28 years
- Age relaxation as per Govt. norms for:
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen
- Govt. employees
Salary & Benefits – ISRO Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Recruitment 2025
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- (Pay Level 10)
- Plus DA, HRA, TA, Medical, NPS, LTC, Subsidized Canteen, Quarters (in lieu of HRA), Group Insurance, HBA, etc.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on valid GATE-2024 or GATE-2025 score.
- Interview (100 Marks)
- Technical Knowledge – 40 marks
- General Awareness – 20 marks
- Communication – 20 marks
- Comprehension – 10 marks
- Academic Achievements – 10 marks
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60 marks (50 for PwBD).
- Final Selection: 50% GATE Score + 50% Interview Marks.
