Eligibility Criteria (as of 01.01.2025) – Bank of India Specialist Officer Recruitment 2025
- Nationality: Indian citizens or specified categories of foreign nationals as per government regulations.
- Educational Qualification: Varies for each post; candidates must hold relevant degrees and experience.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Online Examination (if conducted)
- English Language – 25 Marks (30 minutes) (Qualifying only, not counted in merit)
- Professional Knowledge – 100 Marks (60 minutes)
- General Awareness (Banking Industry) – 25 Marks (30 minutes)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deduction per wrong answer
- Interview (100 Marks)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% (General/EWS), 45% (SC/ST/OBC/PwD)
- Final Selection: Based on a merit list considering exam and interview performance (80:20 ratio if online exam is conducted)

- SC/ST/PwD: ₹175/- (Intimation Charges Only)
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹850/- (Application Fee + Intimation Charges)
