Salary / Pay Scale :
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480–₹85,920 (JMGS-I Scale)
Qualifications: Central Bank of India PGDBF Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) from a recognized University/Institution.
- Candidates must possess a valid mark sheet/degree certificate at the time of registration.
🎯 PGDBF Course Details:
📚 Duration: 1 year
- 9 months classroom training + 3 months on-the-job training
- 💸 Course Fee: ₹3–4 lakhs (exclusive of GST)
💰 Stipend:
- Classroom Training: ₹2,500/month
- On-the-Job Training: ₹10,000/month
💡 Loan Facility: Educational loan available from Central Bank of India (subject to eligibility).
Application Fees :
- SC/ST/PWBD/Women Candidates: ₹150 + GST
- All Other Candidates: ₹750 + GST
Age Limit :
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years (Candidates should be born between 30.11.1994 and 30.11.2004, both dates inclusive).

1️⃣ Online Test:
- Objective Tests:
- English Language: 30 Qs | 30 Marks | 25 mins
- Quantitative Aptitude: 30 Qs | 30 Marks | 25 mins
- Reasoning Ability: 30 Qs | 30 Marks | 25 mins
- General Awareness (Banking): 30 Qs | 30 Marks | 15 mins
- Descriptive Test (English): Letter Writing & Essay: 2 Qs | 30 Marks | 30 mins

2️⃣ Personal Interview:
- Total Marks: 50
- Qualifying Marks: 50% (General/EWS) | 45% (SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
3️⃣ Final Selection:
- Based on combined scores in Online Examination and Interview.
