Job Roles :
- Financial Management: Assist in managing financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and cost analysis.Â
- Procurement Support: Handle procurement processes, vendor management, and ensure timely supply of materials.Â
- Contract Administration: Work on reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.Â
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making and improve efficiency.Â
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.Â
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and support audit processes.
- Learning & Development: Participate in the 12-month training program to enhance knowledge of commercial operations and develop relevant skills.
Salary (Stipend)/Pay and Grade Pay :
- Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining. Â
Compensation During Training:Â Â
- Office-Based Posting: INR 3,00,000 per annum.Â
- Project Site-Based Posting: INR 3,57,000 per annum.a
Qualifications:Â L&T Graduate Commercial Trainee (GCT) 2025
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must be in their final year of undergraduate studies (2025 Past Out) in one of the following streams:Â Â
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Statistics
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Material Management Candidates should have a consistent academic record with a minimum aggregate of 60% throughout their education.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be born between July 1, 2002, and June 30, 2008, both days inclusive.
