Salary / Pay Scale  :

  • During Training: ₹50,000/month (Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000). 
  • Post Training: ₹60,000/month (Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000). 
  • Benefits: DA, HRA, Perks, PRP, Medical, Gratuity, Pension, etc. 
  • Service Bond: ₹3,00,000 for 5 years; ₹5,000/month deducted (refundable post-bond).

Discipline Required Qualification
Community Development 2-year Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Community Development, Rural Development, or related fields with 60% marks.
OR Postgraduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Community Development or related fields with 60% marks.
Environment First Class Degree in Environmental Engineering with 60% marks.
OR Any Engineering Degree with PG Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering with 60% marks.
Finance Qualified CA/ICWA.
Legal Graduate in Law (LLB) of 3 or 5 years duration from a recognized university with 60% marks.
Marketing & Sales Recognized Degree with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) and 60% marks.
Materials Management Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks.
Personnel & HR Graduate Degree with 2-year Full-Time Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or equivalent with 60% marks.
OR Master of Social Work with specialization in HR with 60% marks.
Security Graduate with at least 2 years of service in Officer/Executive Cadre in Armed Forces, CPOs, or similar roles.
Coal Preparation B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Chemical, Mineral, or Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks.
