Selection Procedure :Bharat Electronics Limited Jobs
- Duration: 120 minutes. Questions: 125 (100 Technical + 25 General Aptitude & Reasoning).
- Negative Marking: 1/4th for wrong answers.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/OBC/EWS: 35% SC/ST/PwBD: 30%

- Candidates shortlisted at a 1:5 ratio based on CBT performance.
- Final selection considers 85% weightage for CBT and 15% for the interview.
