Qualifications: SIDBI Recruitment 2024
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream (50 Posts)
- Qualification: Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Alternatively, CS, CMA/ICWA, CFA, CA, or MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in MSME or corporate credit dispensation (not required for CA/MBA/PGDM holders).
Manager Grade ‘B’ – General Stream (10 Posts)
- Qualification: Graduation with at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or a Postgraduate with 55% minimum (pass for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial institutions, RBI, SEBI, or scheduled commercial banks. JAIIB & CAIIB are preferred.
Manager Grade ‘B’ – Legal (6 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Law Officer in institutions like RBI, SEBI, financial institutions, or scheduled banks. Knowledge in Banking Law and related fields is desirable.
Manager Grade ‘B’ – Information Technology (IT) (6 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD), or MCA.
