- Training & Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program, including on-the-job training, workshops, and mentorship to gain a solid understanding of engineering principles and company operations.
- Project Assistance: Support senior engineers in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects. Contribute to project tasks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and solutions for engineering problems. Assist in troubleshooting issues and conducting analyses to determine the root cause of technical challenges.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to projects, designs, and processes. Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and technical specifications.
