About TECH Mahindra Hiring 2024 :

  • As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:  
  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 
  2. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, aiming to exceed their expectations. 
  3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 
  4. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues. 
  5. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

Salary (Stipend)/Pay and Grade Pay :

  • Salary Expect – 25,000/- 

Essential Academic Qualifications: TECH Mahindra Hiring 2024

  • Qualification – HSC / Diploma / Any degree
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. 
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
