RBI Officer Grade B Recruitment 2023 :   The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conducts recruitment for the post of Officer Grade B on a regular basis. The RBI Officer Grade B is a highly competitive and prestigious position in the banking sector.  

The recruitment process usually consists of three phases: 

Phase-I, Phase-II, and Interview.  Phase-I is an online examination consisting of objective-type questions in General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Those who qualify Phase-I are eligible to appear for Phase-II.  

Phase-II is also an online examination, consisting of three papers: Economic and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management.  

Candidates who qualify Phase-II are then called for an interview round, which is the final stage of the selection process.  

To be eligible for the RBI Officer Grade B recruitment, candidates must fulfill certain criteria related to age, education, and nationality. They must have a graduate degree with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) or a postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
